Here is the map with the Angel Tube and the Farringdon tube. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk either way depending on the length of your legs and state of your lungs. The 38 bus stops outside the Old Finsbury Town Hall which is now the Urdang Academy of the Performing Arts. You can see the kids hangng out doing their ballet or street dance and singing songs from the musicals and generally being excited about showbiz.
26 Exmouth Market. EC1R 4QE. This is the entrance to the hall. Just next to the church. The church of the Most Holy Redeemer. I have been told the show is quite spiritual so I guess it’s sort of appropriate. Yeah the Religion of the rhythm of life man. It will be open on the day. I should be waiting there or just inside receiving the very beautiful and fascinating members of the audience.
Here is a closer map view. There are lots of restaurants down Exmouth Market if you want to eat before or after. It’s very buzzing. But no bar will be as buzzing as Henry’s Bar after the show in the hall. And certainly not as cheap.
Here is the bar at Henry’s studio. Prices may have gone slightly up since this picture was taken. But you get the gist. He’ll be setting up the bar in the hall which is longer. Henry is cocktail maker to all the stars. Brain Pitt, Conan the Kardashian, Sir Botchup Johnson of Great Brexitania, Ariadne Grady, Girls are Loud, Paul Mescaline, Michelle Streep, Susie Spielberg and Bouncé and the Simple Ladies are just some of the Stars who have had to be carried out to their limos after sampling his creations.
And here is a random picture of me geting dressed up for bathtime. It’s the small pleasures that make life worth living don’t you think?
